Meri yadoon ne usse khoob rulaya hoga

Baat be baat aankh us ki jo chalakti hogi
Us ne chehre ko bazoun main chupaya hoga

Soocha hoga us ne din mein kaii baar mujhe
Naam hathelli pe bhi likh likh ke mitaya hoga

Jahan us ne mera zikr suna hoga kisi se
Us ki aankhon mein koi aanso to aaya hoga

Raat ke bhegne tak neend na aai hogi tujhe
Tu ne takiye ko bhi senay se lagaya hoga

Ho ke nidhal meri yaadoon se tune jana
Meri tasveer pe sir apna tikaya hoga

Poocha hoga jo kisi ne teri halat ka sabab
Tune batoon mein khoob us se chupaya hoga

Jab kabhi chand ko dekha akele tu ne
Tujhe Mera saath bara yaad aaya hoga...
